Event Details

Dear Friends,

It is the custom at Temple Sinai to honor the memory of family members or other departed loved ones in a "Book of Remembrance." This book is distributed just before the Yizkor service on Yom Kippur.

Please list all names you wish to include in this year's book.  A donation of $20 per name is suggested.  Please note that names are not automatically repeated from year to year.  The only exception to this is for names that already have perpetual memorials by means of a Tree of Life engraved leaf or a Wall of Remembrance plaque.  If you have any questions please call the Temple office at (510) 451-3263.

In order for us to complete our Book of Remembrance on time, we must have all names, whether memorial for just this year’s book or for a new perpetual memorial, NO LATER THAN August 27, 2010.  Please give this matter your immediate attention and return the form with your contribution.  Your prompt response will assist us greatly in preparing this year's "Book of Remembrance".    Thank you.
